Hello, baker!

Earlier this week, Bake or Break celebrated 20 years online. Choosing just 20 recipes from more than 1,400 wasn’t easy, but I wanted to share a collection of recipes that represent the site well — reader favorites, longtime classics, and a few recipes that feel especially Bake or Break.
